What exactly do I pay for?
A sales call that is held, lasts at least 15 minutes, and is with the owner or marketing decision-maker of an online store that matches the criteria you gave us in writing. Nothing else is billed.
What happens if the store owner doesn't turn up?
You don't pay for it. No-shows are never billed.
What if I end up talking to the wrong person?
You don't pay for it. If the person on the call isn't the owner or the marketing decision-maker, the call isn't billed. The same goes for a store that turns out to be outside your criteria.
How many calls will you book for me?
We can't promise a number, and we won't pretend to. How many calls we can book depends on how many stores fit your criteria and how many owners say yes. That's the reason you only pay for calls that happen.
How do you find the stores?
We only work with one market: online stores. We check each store's public homepage for signals, such as which email platform it uses, and keep the stores that fit your criteria. Then we contact the owner or the person who makes marketing decisions.
Is there a retainer, setup fee or minimum contract?
No retainer and no setup fee. You start with a pilot of 3 held calls at £99 each. After that you can carry on at £150 per held call, or buy 10 calls for £1,250. You decide after the pilot whether to continue.
When do I get billed?
After the calls happen. You're only invoiced for calls that met the billing rules.
What is the founding client rate?
The first 5 clients keep £125 per held call for 12 months, instead of the standard £150.
Who do you work with?
E-commerce agencies and freelancers in the UK and US who sell email marketing, paid ads, conversion (CRO) work, or Shopify and WooCommerce development. Prices are in pounds sterling.
What happens after I send the form?
A person reads your request and replies by email within one working day, usually with a few questions to pin down your criteria. Nothing is booked or billed until we've agreed your criteria in writing.
